I can’t believe it’s been almost a year and a half since we ran this piece about the ridiculous prohibitions on free speech and labor organizing at the birthplace of the American Labor movement.
Last night, a Columbia law professor weighed in on the issue as activists in Bethlehem, PA work to get the speech-restricting terms of the deal the City made with the Sands Casino corp. revoked.  Guess what?  He’s right.
